Hemp-derived delta 9 is legal at the federal level when the source hemp is 0.3% THC or less by dry weight under the USDA hemp programme; state rules differ and some cap total THC per package. The lion’s mane is the part with the marketing, not the part with the proof: an 18-person acute-dose trial found no significant overall cognitive or mood effect. The 10mg of delta 9 is what you will notice.
