    Why a lozenge instead of a capsule

    Because 2mg is small enough to be lost in a capsule fill and precise enough to matter. A lozenge is a fixed, sealed dose you can count: two in a pack, or twelve. There is no scoop, no scale and no powder settling unevenly in a bag.     What muscimol is, plainly

    Muscimol is the decarboxylation product of ibotenic acid and the compound most associated with the sedative side of Amanita. It is a GABA-A receptor agonist — a mechanism that a 2026 review in Molecules contrasts with ibotenic acid's glutamate activity, while noting that the two never exist in a vacuum in a whole-mushroom product. A lozenge is not a mushroom: it is a defined amount of a defined compound, which is why it reads differently on a label.

    A lozenge dissolves slowly and is held in the mouth, so there is nothing to swallow and no capsule shell to break down first. Each lozenge is a measured 2mg of muscimol HCl, which makes this the most precise format we sell. It is also our smallest pack — two lozenges — so you are not committing to a bottle.

    Not really. A capsule is whole mushroom material, so it carries muscimol together with ibotenic acid and everything else in the cap. A lozenge is one isolated compound in a known amount. If you want the whole-mushroom format, the Amanita muscaria capsules are the closest thing we sell.

      THIS ONE HITS PEOPLE! if you are having a hard time getting effects from powders, extracts , or other- try this! I finally after a year of trying many products from multiple companys found somthing that has strong effects on me without breaking my bank! Hope they keep this product in motion. Being cut off benzos is nothing nice but muscimol seems to do the trick

      Yeah, they DO hit like ‘how the heck is that ONLY 2mgs?’! And I’m someone who spent all summer on 20mg + isolate powder a day last year, albeit I was doing that orally instead of 20 minutes sublingually like a smart guy. Still, this ‘ultimate bioavailibility’ is really ultimate for 2 mg! They do break/chew into peices easily for then holding under the tongue, but also work great using just like a cough drop, so great deal on the convenience and potnecy thanks!
